The rooms may be low-key, but not so for the setting at this whimsically Moorish clifftop hotel, where pink balconies peek down onto the lustrous beach and palmy gardens below. Accommodations are comfortable and modern (rooms include minibar and hairdryer); and with two pools plus Jacuzzi, four restaurants, a disco, convention center, and extensive sporting opportunities (deep-sea fishing and parasailing stand out).
