Spice Island Beach
Resort. The
world-renowned Spice Island Beach Resort is well situated
on the picturesque Grand Anse Beach that consists of 2 miles of
white sand and crystal clear waters. The resort sits on 1,600 feet
of beachfront and now consists of 66 luxury suites after undergoing
renovation and expansion on year 2000. The Royal Private Pool
Suites (4) were designed for upscale and discerning guests and
feature an expansive bedroom, a living room and dining area, as
well as a private fitness area with a sauna large enough for two
persons. These suites are set amidst lush tropical gardens. The
Luxury Private Pool Suites (6) and Private Pool Suites
(7) are located in the gardens, each with a private swimming
pool and a double whirlpool bath - they are situated approximately
50 ft from the beach. There is also a choice of locations for the
Whirlpool Suites (49). As for the hotel's public facilities,
there is a fully equipped fitness centre, tennis court, bicycles,
golf and access to non-powered water sports (eg. Snorkeling equipment,
hobie cats or ocean kayaks). Spice Island Beach Resort dining
facilities include "Oliver’s" restaurant, which features
the finest in Creole and International cuisine...and the very best
of Grenada’s calypso, reggae and steel bands. The Sea & Surf
lounge is in a very casual setting where guests can choose from
the wide range of drinks and cocktails. |
