| Although the beautiful Playa Hotelera
is where most of the hotels are located, there is, in these waters,
a strong current and swimming is often discouraged. Many take the
short trip west to Playa Palmilla, a long quiet stretch near the
Hotel Palmilla. Further down the road on the way to Cabo San Lucas
are the two most beautiful beaches for both areas - Playa Bahia
Santa Maria and Playa Bahia Chileno. The coves boast white sand
beaches and the snorkeling and diving are spectacular.

|
| It's hard to imagine a trip to Cabo
San Lucas without a boat trip to the breathtaking Playa de Amor
situated beneath the equally striking Los Arcos rock formation.
T. For watersports, sunbathing, swimming, revelry and major people
watching, head for Playa Medano right in town. The small, quiet
Playa Hacienda in the harbor is especially good for snorkeling.
