| Shopping
in Huatulco consists of a myriad of small shops, markets and sidewalk/beachside
entrepreneurs. As one official described it, there's plenty but "Huatulco
is always changing", and so are the shops. Personal exploration is recommended. |

| What holds true for changing
Huatulco is also the case in Puerto Escondido. Avenida Gasga, running
parallel to the Pedestrian Zone, is the most concentrated area of shopping.
The colorful town market, Mercado Benito Juarez, is a bit of a hike
but worth the effort. |
